Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
Mindfulness is a simple practice of becoming aware of one’s state of mind, emotions and body sensations. Its clinically proven benefits are many, including:
- Reduction of anxiety, sleeping disorders and depression
- Reduction in chronic pain, headaches and migraines
- Improvement of emotion regulation and resilience in stressful conditions
- Improvement of attention, job performance, productivity and satisfaction
- Develop of bodily presence and non-verbal communication
