Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

Mindfulness is a simple practice of becoming aware of one’s state of mind, emotions and body sensations. Its clinically proven benefits are many, including:

  • Reduction of anxiety, sleeping disorders and depression
  • Reduction in chronic pain, headaches and migraines
  • Improvement of emotion regulation and resilience in stressful conditions
  • Improvement of attention, job performance, productivity and satisfaction
